On Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6-8 p.m., be informed by an experienced law enforcer at Muzeo’s Open Book. Vargas has trained Law Enforcement Officers in media relations and crisis communications throughout California and is an instructor for the California Peace Officer Standards and Training Executive Development Course.
