In order to close the gender gap in the technology and computing industry, Megan Loh, a Girl Scout, founded GEARup4Youth. She is leading volunteers from over 20 different schools to bring technology and computing education to underserved girls. She has served 4500 girls so far, and has recently completed one of her series at the Anaheim Boys and Girls Club. See her website at GEARup4Youth.org.
