The Boys & Girls Club of Buena Park offers a bevy of summer programs in the summer. This year will be no different as local schools are about to shut down for the next couple of months with children and youths looking for a place that will feature activities. The Boys & Girls Club of Buena Park should be one of those destinations to be considered. The club offers the usual activities that can be found at any of the Boys & Girls Club. But this particular club, complete with renovations to its roof and other parts of its facilities, can offer some things that no one else does. One of the best part of this club is that it has a woodshop room, a place where young people can get their hands dirty carving out wooden trinkets, model cars and so forth. The club also features a Teen Room where lounging and playing video games could be the spot if the sun gets too hot to be outside. Among the clubs the program offers are the Smart Girls Club and the Keystone Club. Summer fun starts June 9 until August 14.
