On Sept. 6, the City of Buena Park will host a Small Business Seminar for area residents, at Heritage Hall in Ehlers Event Center (8150 Knott Ave.), from 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. The event is free, but registration is encouraged, at eventbrite.com.
Speakers will include Orange County Supervisor, 2nd District Michelle Steel and Buena Park Mayor Virginia Vaughn. The event is sponsored by the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, and a light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Topics of discussion will include Navigating the Building Permit Process, Tips from the Small Business Administration and A Guide to Fire Department Permitting.
