Sergeant Lovchik recognized for 30 years of service

He started working in the city in 1989 as a police reservist. In 2007 he was promoted to Sergeant. He is a longtime Buena Park resident, and his current duties include Community and Media Relations and managing the department’s volunteers and the Explorers program.
