Two of Anaheim’s own have been appointed to U.S. Service Academies following their high school graduations. Kyle Villacorta, at front left, graduated from Oxford Academy and has been appointed to the U.S. Air Force Academy. Jacqueline Yeo, front right, graduated from Sonora High School, and will go on to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. They were recognized by the Anaheim City Council at last week’s Council Meeting.
