WHAT: Surrounded by colorful native plants, families will learn to grow healthy snacks in their own backyards with a local tomato gardening expert. The free workshop will offer everything Orange County residents need to harvest 50-100 juicy tomatoes from a single plant.

WHY: By learning about water-wise planting, families will grow to love gardening and help the planet in the process. Families that grow their own vegetables can help reduce water use and greenhouse gas emissions in our environment.
