Medieval Times awarded 2014 Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence

Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament in Buena Park today was named a TripAdvisor®2014 Certificate of Excellence award recipient. The award, now in its fourth year, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews.

“Our goal is to treat each of our guests as royalty,” said Medieval Times General Manager Pedro Goite. “It’s great that our customer service has been recognized.”

To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by visitors. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months. Winners of the Certificate of Excellence represent the top 10 percent of businesses listed on the world’s largest travel website.
