Crowds watch “The Princess Bride” on the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza outside of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts on July 16, as part of the Movie Mondays lineup. Food trucks, a surprisingly cool summer evening, and a laid-back environment in which people could lounge with pets and loved ones, created a most desirable ambience.
