The median sales price for Buena Park has jumped 7.4 percent year over year in July and has risen by 14.4 percent since July of 2016, outperforming many neighboring cities. Despite a recent dip in total sales volume for the past couple of months, Buena Park real estate appears to be holding strong. According to California Association of Realtors, the California median home price in July 2018 was $591,460, placing Buena Park just above the state average.
