The brew is here. And you can some rock to it as well. Gene Simmons (right) and Paul Stanley of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Band Kiss will soon be opening up their popular restaurant Rock & Brews in Buena Park. Simmons and Stanley, co-owners of the LA KISS football team, are now officially part of the Buena Park family with the new eatery in play on Beach Boulevard. The two men took part in a groundbreaking ceremony for Rock & Brews on Monday, March 30, with local dignitaries such as Buena Park City Council members, Buena Park Police Chief Corey S. Sianez and Assemblywoman Young Kim in attendance. Rock & Brews is scheduled to open this summer.
