Mylene Montoya came to the 2015 Miss Anaheim California Pageant representing the city of Buena Park. Montoya represented herself and the city well, placing among the top finalists during the competition that took place at the Hilton Irvine on Saturday, March 29.

Montoya has had a plethora of entrances in beauty contests, becoming Miss Asia Orange County 2013 and recently competing in the 2015 Miss Orange County California Pageant. The former Kennedy High standout is currently studying fitness at Long Beach State. Montoya, who volunteers her time at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Downey, hopes to pursue a career as a physical therapist.
