On Monday, May 14 at about 12:20 a.m., officers from the Buena Park Police Department responded to the report of an armed commercial robbery at the AM/PM market in the 7900 block of La Palma Avenue.
The suspect brandished a semi-automatic handgun and demanded cash. He fled on foot, and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no reports of injuries or shots fired during the incident.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 28 to 35 years of age, wearing a black shirt, tan cargo pants and a blue “LA” baseball cap. He also has a mustache and tattoos.
Buena Park Police Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect, who is considered to be armed and dangerous.
