On November 1, Anaheim First volunteers supported the city’s annual Dia de los Muertos festival at the Anaheim Downtown Community Center, bringing residents together to celebrate loved ones that have passed on.
At the Anaheim First pop-up booth, volunteers encouraged residents to provide feedback on important city investments in their neighborhood and share their perspective on city programs through the online survey. This information will supplement input from residents who attended the recent district-based Anaheim First Town Hall meetings, community pop-up events held citywide, online survey results and meetings with the city’s community-based organizations as part of the Anaheim Community Assessment.
