The much anticipated restaurant and lounge, The Cauldron Spirits and Brews, which had its soft open on Jan. 3, will hold its grand opening on Jan. 31. The Cauldron’s eclectic and cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of a traditional pub and old study, features enchanted décor, ornately-framed vintage illustrations of witches and black cats, flickering lights and more, making this one-of-a-kind gastro grub a must-see destination for tourists, locals, artists and professionals looking for a place to network. At the heart of the The Cauldron is the bar, adorned with wooden beams, potions, 17th century relics and a familiar magical white owl. Here, a bartender prepares craft cocktails that evoke the magical aura of sorcery, witchcraft and enchanted spells. Next to the bar, hidden behind a ceiling-high bookshelf that doubles as a secret door, lies a private room suitable for small gatherings or business meetings. Inviting lavish chairs frame the Tudor fireplace to round out the hauntingly comforting motif, all while the aroma of hearty French-inspired food seductively wafts through the air.

Executive Chef and former Creative Director for Knott’s Berry Farm (Knott’s Scary Farm), Lara Hanneman, is the mastermind behind the uniquely themed gastro grub that features French-casual bites with a wicked twist, local craft beer, themed cocktails and a wine from various regions in California.
