The City of Buena Park Fine Arts Division proudly presents the 42nd Annual Elementary Art Show in Buena Park City Hall Council Chamber, 6650 Beach Blvd.

This year’s theme is “The World is My Family.” For over two million years, human beings have migrated across the earth. If you could visit a member of your human family in another land, where would you go? Who would you visit? How are their lives similar to and different from yours? What would you do together to get to know one another? Show us using painting, drawing, or collage.

The last day to submit art is Tuesday, March 20 at 5 p.m.

An awards ceremony for the show will be held on Friday, April 13 at 6 p.m. City Council Members and Cultural and Fine Arts Commissioners will present certificates and medals to outstanding young artists in each grade level. All participating artists will also be recognized with treat gift bags.

Artwork will be on display at Buena Park City Hall March 22-May 1. Please contact Fine Arts Coordinator Maya Mackrandilal via email or phone to arrange a viewing of the show during City Hall hours.
